Order processing, delivery and returns

Order processing and payment

Once you have finalised your Brilliant Nappies order, please proceed to the checkout. Postage charges are fixed depending on the weight of your order. Payment can be made Paypal or using our Google Checkout service. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, please contact us and I will let you have address details.

You will recieve e-mail confirmation of your order. Your order will be dispatched by second class post in 3-5 working days. For larger orders, we may use the Royal Mail Standard Parcels service or send by courier. We will notify you once your order has been dispatched, and will inform you if there are any delays to your order.

Delivery charges

For local customers, items can be collected free of charge from my house in Milton Keynes, or in some circumstances we will be able to deliver your order to you.

UK customers

Postage is calculated by the total cost of your order and is added during the checkout process. Orders are dispatched by standard 1st class post.

  • Orders up to £30: £3.95
  • Orders >£30: FREE

Non-UK customers
We will be happy to ship to Eire and overseas, but please contact us when placing your order, so we can advise you about postage costs.

Returns policy

Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect your order carefully and contact us if any of the items are damaged or faulty. We will endeavour to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.

Faulty or damaged items
Any damage to an item resulting from transit should be reported to us within 48 hours or receipt of your order. We will then ask you to return the items to us and will offer you the choice of an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. Please note that we are unable to deal with claims received after 48 hours.

If an item is faulty, we will ask you return the item to us, and will offer you the choice of an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. Please note that 'faulty' refers to a manufacturing defect with the item (i.e missing popper, etc), and not accidental damage resulting from wear and tear.

For both faulty or damaged items, we will refund the cost that you have incurred in returning the item to us, but we recommend obtaining a free certificate of posting from the Post Office, just in case the item does not get returned to us.

Returns
If you receive your order in good condition but you consider any item to be unsuitable, you may return it for a refund or exchange provided that you do so within 28 days of receipt and the item is returned in its original saleable condition and in its original packaging. In these circumstances you will be responsible for meeting the full cost of the return postage.
